moka.care is a mental health solution for companies, with one mission in mind: nurturing healthy minds to foster healthy organizations.
We guide employees through individual and group therapy or coaching sessions.
Alongside we help HR teams to take care of their employees’ mental health on a daily basis.
Where we are currently: Since our creation in December 2019, more than 320 companies (L'Oreal, Spendesk, Qonto, Engie, Castalie, etc.) have joined moka.care, and we now have over 250,000 employees covered in France but also throughout the world!
We have raised 17,5 million euros and are 60 to help companies improve their mental well-being.

Why do we need you?
We’re looking for a BDR Team Lead who can both lead and execute, who energized by the opportunity to coach and develop a team of two BDRs while also operating as a high-performing individual contributor. In this dual role, you’ll help shape our outbound strategy, drive consistent execution, and play a critical part in generating pipeline and setting the team up to hit (and exceed) targets.
Daily you will:
- Lead & Coach the BDR Team: Manage, support, and develop a team of 2 BDRs, ensuring they meet their goals and continuously grow their skills.
-Drive Pipeline as an Individual Contributor: Take ownership of a significant portion of outbound pipeline generation through strategic prospecting and outreach.
-Act as a Strategic Liaison: Serve as the bridge between BDRs and Sales Leadership, ensuring alignment on goals, feedback, and market insights.
-Optimize Tools & Processes: Identify opportunities to improve outreach strategies, sales messaging, workflows, and tools to maximize team performance.
