Who are we?

moka.care is a mental health solution for companies, with one mission in mind: nurturing healthy minds to foster healthy organizations.

We guide employees through individual and group therapy or coaching sessions.

Alongside we help HR teams to take care of their employees’ mental health on a daily basis.

Where we are currently: Since our creation in December 2019, more than 320 companies (L'Oreal, Spendesk, Qonto, Engie, Castalie, etc.) have joined moka.care, and we now have over 250,000 employees covered in France but also throughout the world!

We have raised 17,5 million euros and are 60 to help companies improve their mental well-being.

🧑‍💻 Why do we need you

Join us as a Senior Product Manager and become part of a highly product-oriented development team with efficient delivery processes and minimal technical debt.

You will collaborate directly with Eloïse, Head of Product, and work alongside Victor (Product Manager), Alexandra & Zélie (Product Designer) and Lucie (Product Content Manager), and the tech team to drive our product vision forward.

Daily you will work on

  • Discovery: Understand user needs and business opportunities, articulate complex problems into simpler ones, assess opportunities and prioritise the most promising ones among an endless list of ideas.
  • Delivery: Clearly articulate requirements, empower your tech & design counterparts to shape the best possible solutions within the given constraints of your projects, own the quality of the work shipped.
  • Communication & impact measurement: Create buy-in and alignment, communicate value proposition to internal and external parties, measure the impact of initiatives and derive learnings from them.
  • Example of project you will work on:

    Clarify and implement the user journey of Félix, Moka’s Slack micro-learning tool, across the HR and member interface to enhance adoption of the Moka interface among employees and managers.

    📇 You’re the ideal person if

  • You have 4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager. A background as a Product Owner, Designer, or Developer will also be considered if you have demonstrated a strong affinity for the Product Manager role.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and have expertise in discovery, delivery, design, and technical concepts.
  • You are humble, curious, empathetic, driven by continuous learning, excellence and impact. You are are a doer and not afraid to be hands-on.
  • You are fluent in both French and English. German fluency is a plus.
  • You have a successful track record driving adoption and retention on a B2C Application, and/or a strong understanding of engagement mechanics.
